For projects moving forward, we typically arrange an in-person site visit. This allows our producers to understand the physical space, assess acoustics if using audio-triggered content, and meet with your curatorial or interpretation team.
Site visits are scheduled after initial email discussion has established project scope and confirmed mutual interest in proceeding. There is no charge for site visits within Greater London; travel fees may apply for venues outside this area.
